If your car has an ADAS system and is involved in an accident, or you have your windscreen replaced or even if you’ve had wheel alignment (AKA wheel tracking) then it’s likely you’ll need your ADAS system calibrated to avoid any system faults and to keep your vehicle working properly.

If ADAS systems aren’t properly calibrated it can cause a number of issues, your car may brake suddenly, you may receive warning messages on your dash, the steering wheel may vibrate or pull.

Consider that a sensor on the car that is out of alignment by a fraction of an inch which will be aimed at an area significantly off axis 50 or more feet down the road.
